SHIPPING POLICY
Manuals, Documents, Service Data, Radio Parts, and small radio or phonograph items are all shipped through the postal service and are not insured or trackable. If you want to track any of these items, it must be sent by EXPRESS MAIL at an extra charge and you must request it otherwise normal first class or priority mail has no tracking. If you want this type of shipment insured, you must request it and we will add to your purchase. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments by the mail or any other delivery service.
Vacuum Tubes are shipped by USPS first class mail or First Class International mail for small packages. These shipments have no tracking information available and if you want to track or to insure, you must ask for it to be shipped that way and we will charge your purchase for the additional charges.
Restored and Unrestored radios are shipped FOB our dock in Dallas, Texas. We will have UPS pack, ship and insure your radio shipment but we accept no responsibility for any freight damage caused by the freight carrier. If you have any freight damage, you must make the claim yourself. We will provide you the shipping and tracking information provided to us by UPS at the time of shipment but the purchaser must file all claims and deal with UPS directly. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
If you purchase a radio from us, you can arrange to have any other freight company or freight forwarder to pickup the item from us for shipment and we warrant that the item is free from damage at the time that they pickup the item from us. Once in their hands, they are responsible to you for delivering the item without damage. |
