Your orders are being processed securely through Authorize.Net and you can be assured of problem free Internet ordering with us.  We process serveral thousand orders annually without any security problems.  The checkout system allows for credit card purchases, paypal purchases and for sending a check or money order for your purchase.

Because we sell information in printed and digital format - for obvious reasons these can not be returned for refund or credit.  Estate items such as used vintage test equipment are sold all as-is without warranty but we warrant our description to be accurate.  Vacuum tubes are sold fully tested before shipment and are warranted to be "good" tubes.  For much of the equipment that we sell, we act as estate liquidators, so purchasing this older equipment from us is like purchasing an item at auction in that what you see is what you get and all items are sold as-is and where-is.  We pack and ship equipment worldwide and have done so for many years.  CD-ROM and DVD-ROM publications are warranted for 90 days to work on properly working computer CD or DVD computer players on personal computers running all versions of Windows except Vista and System 7.    Restored vintage equipment catagorized as restored, repaired and warranted is warranted for 90 days due to the age of the equipment and components therein.  In fact, when the equipment was brand new, this was the standard warranty offered by the equipment manufacturers.  Shipping charges on repair/warranty items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
